Set an artboard or frame background image from a URL or a data URI. It lands as background-image at cover, the same write the inspector makes, so it undoes and it exports. Pass src: null to clear. Pass a prompt to generate one at the node's size instead. Named CSS textures (newsprint, kraft, linen, …) go through apply_effect.
