open_item

Open one Design Fragments item by item_id and return its full detail, including notes (published knowledge atoms with entity, summary, types, and theme pages) when the item has them. Each theme includes a /theme/{slug} path — open that URL in the browser to view the theme. There is no theme catalog tool. Use after browse_latest, browse_month, search_items, or a tag result. Does not include similar items; call get_similar for those. Also navigates the page to /item?id= so the visitor can see the same item.
