Start here. Returns the current revision and the IDs of datasets, relationships, visualizations, filters, metrics, and selections, without row values. Most other tools need IDs from this call. When a section total exceeds the entries returned, call again with section plus offset to reach the rest. Call it after a write to confirm the result and get the revision for the next expectedRevision. A changed toolContractVersion means argument shapes changed. Column names come from get_dataset_schema.
