Locate an exact phrase in the recording and get its precise word-level start and end. Transcript lines are an artefact of how words were grouped, not units of meaning — the sayable thing is often a few words inside a line, or a run that straddles two. Use this when you want to cut to a specific wording rather than to a whole line: pass the words as you'd say them and you get back timings accurate to the word.
