Add or remove a visual transition at the boundary between two adjacent clips on the same track. Pass the outgoing and incoming item IDs from get_timeline. Types: crossfade, dissolve, slide_left, slide_right, dip_to_black, or cut to remove. Duration defaults by type. Audio is unchanged. Does not export.
