update_item

Changes fields of any item by its id (a variable, shape, transform, point, tool, operation…): each key in `changes` is set to its value; null resets it to its default. Lists (a shape’s transforms, a point list) are replaced whole. Lengths are in mm, angles in degrees. Any number field also takes an expression (a string such as "width / 2 + 3", using the project’s variables, functions such as sqrt, sin, min, and units such as "1cm" or "1/4in"). Returns the item as it is afterwards. Undo takes it back.
