Returns BillingMart’s live plans and prices from the published catalogue for one billing interval: each plan’s price, its limits (invoice sends a month, businesses, members, API calls a minute, agent actions) and the free plan, with the payment-fee statement. If the catalogue cannot be read it answers error pricing_unavailable, never an old price. Pass currentPlanId to mark the plan in use.
