get_stability_test_result

Read the visible internet stability test: one HTTP check to Cloudflare per second for the chosen duration (seconds). Samples have t (measured seconds, pauses excluded) and latency in milliseconds, or null with a failure reason. Dropouts are runs of failed checks with start and length in seconds. Median, jitter, spikes and failed counts are as in the ping test. Pauses mark times the tab was hidden. Does not start a test or send network traffic.
