shortlist_tender

Put a tender on the shared go/no-go board on this page and compute its fit reasons from the notice fields (CPV division, place of performance, days to deadline, value against the EU threshold, award criteria, lots, framework agreement, GPA coverage). The board is visible to the user, who can override every decision. Reason texts follow the browser language so the user and agent read the same board.
