use_concept_set
Use an EXISTING saved concept set in the cohort being built, by its id from search_existing_concept_sets. Prefer this over rebuilding the same set concept by concept: it reuses the definition the user already curated, and stays in step with it. The host reads the saved set's concepts and adds the criterion. Use group 'entry' for a qualifying event, 'inclusion' to require it, 'exclusion' to require its absence.
