goodleads_create_checkout

Mints a Stripe Checkout link for one shelf product (product_id from goodleads_browse_catalog). Say the card's period first: `period`: `monthly` = a standing order billed each period; absent = a one-time purchase. Creating the link charges nobody — only a completed Stripe checkout does. For a list you shaped yourself, use goodleads_checkout_list instead. Hand the URL to your human; do not represent the purchase as complete until they confirm payment.
