calibrate_underlay
Scale the loaded blueprint image to real-world meters. Give two points on the image as fractions (u, v in 0..1; u = right, v = down) and the REAL distance between them in meters (e.g. a dimension printed on the plan). The underlay is resized preserving aspect, keeping the first point fixed. Call after the human uploads the plan, before tracing walls over it.
