mask_sensitive_data

Detects and masks personal/sensitive data (tax codes, VAT numbers, IBANs, names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, company names) in a text you supply, replacing each with a unique placeholder like [TAX_CODE_1]. Runs entirely in this browser tab; original values are never returned. Note that calling this means you already hold the text — if the document is loaded in the page, use mask_document_in_page instead so you never see it at all.
