Compare two windows of the same metric. Returns current average, baseline average, percent change, and whether the delta is more than two standard deviations. Example: payment-gateway error_rate, current last 90 minutes vs the 90 minutes before that. This is derived stats, not a raw series. Do not call get_metrics twice and subtract yourself.
