Read-only. Reads bernev.com’s latest published Batumi exchange-office table on invocation. Returns observedDate (observation date), retrievedAt (retrieval time), ISO currency codes, buyGel/sellGel (office buys/sells; GEL per currency unit), and source URL. Optional currencies filter; explicitly reports missing currencies without substituting rates from other dates. Rates are neither Bank of Russia nor National Bank of Georgia rates and are not guaranteed current.
